Directions for use
Rustic Art® Menstrual Cup can be inserted into your vaginal cavity with the help of two methods. The most important part here is to make sure that the opening of the cup is folded as small as it can be.
The two ways are:
- C-Fold: Hold the cup in your hand horizontally. Flatten it by pressing and holding in the middle. Fold in half to form a C-shape at the mouth of the cup. Insert it into your vaginal cavity. It should open in a while and if it doesn't, try rotating the cup inside so as to open it.
- Punch-down Method: Hold the cup in your hand so that the knob of the cup is towards your palm. Punch down one side of the cup-mouth towards the knob. Insert it into your vaginal cavity. It should open in a while and if it doesn't, try rotating the cup inside so as to open it.
